Supreme Court of Canada says military’s no-juries justice system constitutional

Military members accused of serious offences under military law do not have a constitutional right to a jury trial, the Supreme Court ruled Friday.
The Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees a right to a jury trial, except in the case of “an offence under military law.”
In a 5-2 decision, the Supreme Court upheld a section of military law that allows Canadian Armed Forces members to be charged in the military system for civilian offences in the Criminal Code, such as sexual assault, or any other federal statute.
The court’s decision restores clarity to a military justice system that had been thrown into chaos after a military appeals court ruled last year that members did in fact have a right to a jury trial for some serious offences.
Speaking after the decision was released, Col. Bruce MacGregor, the military’s chief prosecutor said the ruling “further legitimizes the military justice system” and that members should take pride in their process.
In the cases leading to the Supreme Court’s decision Friday, several military members accused of serious offences like sexual assault and forgery argued that the exception in the Charter should apply to only “pure” military offences, like spying.
They said the section that transforms civilian offences into “service offences” deprived them of their right to a jury trial, infringing their constitutional rights.
In Friday’s ruling, the majority on the Supreme Court found that the exception in the Charter applied because the transformation of civilian offences into military ones was done through a validly enacted and constitutional section of military law.
The section is “not inconsistent” with the Charter because “it does not deprive a person who is lawfully entitled to a jury of that right,” the court’s majority opinion said.
The opinion, written by Justices Michael Moldaver and Russell Brown, also said the only connection required to pursue the case in the military system was if the person charged was a military member.
The court’s dissenting opinion, written by Justices Andromache Karakatsanis and Malcolm Rowe, argued a military connection should be established, and a jury trial allowed when the case involves no military connection. They said a test should be established to determine the level of connection between a case and its relevance to the military.
The majority argued that a test to establish a military connection would not be consistent with other aspects of the law. The ruling said such a test would require courts to undergo an “unwieldy” process, and potentially impair the goals of maintaining discipline, efficiency and morale in the military.

The U.S. Criminal Justice System is dominated by Democratic operatives at every level within most of the major urban jurisdictions. The best and worst legal counselors among them know exactly how to manipulate the judicial machinery to advance the liberal agenda. And they do so with a vengeance.
Ever since Trump has been POTUS, the nation has witnessed the many ways that the Courts have been used to shut down his various initiatives. The Democrat-aligned attorneys routinely collude with the activist judiciary to terminate any presidential order or directive that can be overturned.
Because of this ever-worsening predicament, Trump has had his hands tied to a great degree. The resulting governmental paralysis has left the president with no choice but to apprehend the coup plotters who are guilty of outright sedition. Most of these agents of Deep State are committing acts of treason simply because of their political ideology. Other are coerced via bribery and blackmail by their Shadow Government masters (e.g. extortion via Pedogate crimes).
Military Tribunals
In view of President Trump’s plight, he has no choice but to prosecute the perpetraitors under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Only in this way can the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces be assured that justice will be administered, free from judicial sabotage, legal legerdemain and political interference.
Once the UCMJ legal framework has been adopted, military tribunals can be established to prosecute the numerous traitors throughout Deep State. That they all be apprehended expeditiously and simultaneously is critical to the success of this strategy. The longer they are free to make mischief, the more dangerous it becomes for the POTUS, his political allies and the leaders of patriot movement.
MILITARY TRIBUNALS
In light of the critical stage of this ongoing coup d’état, it’s especially imperative that the insurrectionists be incarcerated at Guantanamo Bay Detention Center—post haste! In this way, they can be securely imprisoned at great distance from those who would aid their escape. Most importantly, the insurgents can be efficiently moved through the military tribunal process so that justice can be served fairly and swiftly.
KEY POINT: The civilian criminal justice system would see these cases
intentionally tied up in the courts for years on end. In this manner, justice
would be continually deferred or subverted altogether through liberal
legal gymnastics.
The response to an attempted overthrow of a sitting president falls squarely within the domain of the U.S. Armed Forces. For this and other significant reasons, military tribunals must be constituted with all deliberate speed. The more quickly the criminal prosecutions can be conducted, the sooner the prodigious body of hard evidence proving guilt of treason and sedition can be made available to the concerned public.
Crimes must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law
The American people deserve nothing less than a complete airing of the many serious crimes which have been committed by countless political leaders and government officials. In point of fact, the ongoing crime spree carried out to advance the soft coup against the POTUS represents only a fraction of the transgressions by the “Deep State criminals, rogue Intel & SS agents and Shadow Government perps”.
The Rogue CIA, Deep State and Shadow Government: Who are they?
It’s important to note that this same cabal of career criminal politicians and government officials has a multi-decade rap sheet that will truly shock the country. It includes an endless list of state-sponsored terrorism using false flag attacks, first degree felonies (especially VIP assassinations and other premeditated murders), outright genocide, war crimes against several nations, grand theft on a massive scale, crimes against humanity, child exploitation crime syndicates, etc.
What follows is an example of just one of the Illuminati’s most horrific criminal enterprises, which was then used to justify an unrelenting series of war crimes and genocidal campaigns known as the utterly fake War on Terror. Because the U.S. Criminal Justice System is incapable of rendering a just and fair outcome to these direly needed court proceedings, the POTUS has no choice but to assign this task to U.S. Military Courts. The stark reality is that the aforementioned crime wave is so immense that the civilian criminal courts would be overwhelmed, much more than they already are. The ensuing tsunami of criminal cases and civil lawsuits would effectively flood and therefore incapacitate the entire justice system.
As for systematic prosecution under the UCMJ, applications for reversal can be heard by the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. The Judge Advocate General’s Corps can be expanded accordingly to accommodate the expected appeals, as well as to handle the prosecutions and requests for defense. JAG officers can be assigned to those Deep State defendants who have been stripped of their ill-gotten gains so as to afford them a fair trial.
In this fashion, the U.S. citizenry can be assured that many of the co-conspirators will be taken off the streets (e.g. K Street, Wall Street & Fleet Street), once and for all. Furthermore, by serving out their life sentences at Gitmo, the most dangerous offenders will not be able exert their pernicious influences within these United States of America. The most serious offenders, of course, will be subject to capital punishment as they should be.
Special Note: The single most powerful position in the U.S. Federal Government is not the POTUS (chief executive officer) or Speaker of the House (control’s the public purse); rather, it’s the U.S. Attorney General (A.G.). As the nation’s chief lawyer and top law enforcement officer, the A.G. can take down any government official or corporate CEO with the stroke of a pen. For this reason alone, it’s well understood throughout the political realm and criminal justice circles that the occupant of this position is always a trusted agent of Deep State. The current order of utter lawlessness and profound criminality that reigns inside the Beltway is a glaring testament to this fact. And the deliberate failure to drain the swamp by AG Jeff Sessions further validates that he is either a covert agent of Deep State or a completely controlled Shadow Government operative. Conclusion
A vast litany of crimes has been committed by Deep State against the American people spanning many decades. Egregious crimes have also been perpetrated against foreign nations in the name of the American people and with our tax dollars. Were all the heinous wrongdoings to be made public, the body politic would go into the state of collective and incapacitating shock.

When a critical mass of We the People are correctly informed about these weighty criminal matters, the wheels of justice will begin to turn.

Likewise, the volume of circumstantial and anecdotal evidence in the public domain is so compelling that it demands an immediate response. In other words, We the People (and especially the awakened populace) are obligated to act on this actionable evidence now that so many are aware of it.
It’s high time to constitute military tribunals to terminate this CIA-directed, FBI-protected coup. And George Soros, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Podesta and Adam Schiff should be at the very top of the docket.[2]

When John McCain calls Putin a “thug and a murderer” this is what he’s talking about
Many key figures—including president Barack Obama, members of the Electoral College, and senate majority leader Mitch McConnell—have voiced concerns about Russia’s hacking campaign during the US election and its ties to the incoming administration. But leave it to Arizona senator and longtime Kremlin critic John McCain to bluntly explain why the United States should be worried.
“Vladimir Putin is a thug and a murderer and a killer and a KGB agent,” McCain said on CBS’s “Face of the Nation” on Dec. 11. Speaking two days later about Rex Tillerson, Trump’s pick for secretary of state, who received the Russian “Order of Friendship” in 2013, McCain said in a radio interview: ”Frankly, I would never accept an award from Vladimir Putin because then you kind of give some credence and credibility to this butcher, this KGB agent, which is what he is.”
Putin, who has ruled Russia since 2000, has created a regime under which his opponents are murdered; political prisoners are sent to Siberia for decades behind bars; minority rights are suppressed; opposition is quashed; foreign territory is forcefully annexed; and Syria’s bloodthirsty president, Bashar Assad, enjoys direct military support for his massacres.

Murdering enemies
The list of people suspected murdered on orders from the Russian leader or people close to him is long. It includes several of Putin’s early critics (paywall), among them liberal politician Boris Nemtsov, investigative journalist Anna Politkovskaya, and exiled former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko. A UK government report showed that Litvinenko’s death—he was poisoned using polonium in London—while was “probably” approved by Putin.
Both Politkovskaya and Litvinenko had tried to investigate a series of bombings in 1999, when Putin was prime minister, that killed some 300 people in four Russian cities. The authorities blamed the bombings on Chechen rebels and used them as a pretext to unleash a war on Chechnya, but there are strong suspicions 1 that they were a “false-flag” attack by Russia’s own own security services.
When confronted with Putin’s record of killings on a TV show last year, Trump answered, “Well, I think that our country does plenty of killing, too, Joe.” He added, ”I’ve always felt fine about Putin. He’s a strong leader. He’s a powerful leader.”
Imprisoning dissenters
According to a list from Russian human-rights group Memorial, there are now 102 people held in Russian prisons for their political beliefs. In this, Putin’s Russia is continuing Tsarist and Soviet traditions: Political dissenters are still being sent to Siberia or to work camps as in Stalinist days. Famous past prisoners have included oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky, feminist punk collective Pussy Riot, and Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko. Still confined is Ukrainian filmmaker Oleg Sentsov, who was sentenced to 20 years in a strict penal colony in Siberia on trumped-up terrorism charges. 2
Occupying foreign territory
Sentsov is one of at least 10 Ukrainian nationals serving long sentences in Russia who were arrested after Russia annexed Crimea in 2014 and started sponsoring rebels in eastern Ukraine. The Kremlin-backed protracted conflict, Europe’s “forgotten war,” is is in its third year, and has claimed nearly 10,000 lives.
On Dec. 14, German chancellor Angela Merkel and French president François Hollande said that they favored continuing sanctions on Russia, after the peace talks on Ukraine failed to produce tangible results. However, a day earlier, Trump’s chief-of-staff pick, Reince Priebus, said he would not rule out lifting US sanctions on Russia.
If sanctions are lifted, oil giant ExxonMobil could gain billions of dollars in deals. Trump’s pick for secretary of State is Exxon CEO Rex Tillerson.
Quashing opposition
Putin has run the country for 17 years as prime minister and president. In 2008, Russia extended presidential terms from four to six years; the next election is in 2018.
Russia has suppressed political opposition using an arsenal of techniques. These range from laws limiting free assembly and other civil rights 3, to jailing protestors for vague offenses such as “hooliganism,” to using the notoriously corrupt courts to convict opponents of embezzlement or tax fraud, to straightforward police intimidation, as well as murder. Prominent opponents have been forced into silence or exile.
Putin’s biggest challenger right now is Alexei Navalny, a lawyer and anti-corruption activist who announced on Dec. 13 that he would run for president in 2018. He has faced several criminal charges and received a suspended sentence for embezzlement, overturned after international outcry. He is due for a re-trial, however, and if found guilty, won’t be able to run for office. His brother Oleg is in prison after being sentenced in the same trial.
Masha Gessen pointed out in The New Yorker that Trump’s threat to imprison Hillary Clinton during the presidential campaign was reminiscent of how political opponents are most often silenced in Russia: not through outlawing them, but “abusing or misusing criminal laws.”
Abetting some of the world’s worst bloodshed
Seeking to gain influence, in the Middle East, Putin has supported the murderous regime of Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, in what has become the deadliest war of the 21st century so far. Russia’s military help has been priceless to Assad. Western powers and the UN accuse the alliance of indiscriminately targeting civilians.
In the recent siege and recapture of Aleppo by Assad and his allies, reports from the ground indicated Syrian forces were slaughtering civilian families. US ambassador to the UN Samantha Power said that Russia bears responsibility for the carnage along with the Assad regime and Iran: “Is there literally nothing that can shame you?,” she asked.
Meanwhile, according to an interview released by the Syrian government, Assad is hopeful about the next US administration. He called Donald Trump a “natural ally.”
